We ship to all 48 continental U.S. states because everyone deserves a little extra fun in their dessert. Sorry, Alaska and Hawaii—nothing personal, but cupcakes and long flights don’t mix.

How We Ship

We use UPS Overnight Delivery to get your treats to you as fresh as possible. No one likes a stale or melted cupcake, and we refuse to let that happen on our watch.

Order Timing – No Last-Minute Shenanigans

• Shipping orders require 72 hours' notice because good things take time (and we’re not wizards).
• Local pickup & delivery orders are ready the next business day if placed before 7 PM.

No surprises here—shipping is already included in the cost of your cupcake shipping box. Because nothing ruins a buzz faster than hidden fees.

How We Keep Your Cupcakes Safe & Fresh

We don’t just toss cupcakes in a box and hope for the best—this is a carefully crafted shipping operation:

• Cupcakes are baked fresh and frozen for 24 hours before shipping.
• Each one is secured inside a plastic cupcake container with glue dots and a bamboo pick (so they don’t throw a party in transit).
• They’re then double-boxed, wrapped in padded foil, and surrounded by ice packs to keep them cool and fabulous upon arrival.

Damages & Replacements

Once your cupcakes leave our hands, they’re at the mercy of UPS and the delivery gods. We are not responsible for damages or minor settling during shipping, but if things go completely sideways, reach out—we’ll handle replacements case by case because we’re cool like that.

Local Pickup & Delivery – DFW Folks, This Is For You

• Pickup is by appointment only—we love you, but please don’t just show up.
• Local deliveries require someone to be available to receive them, especially in warm weather. Nobody wants to come home to a sad, melted cupcake, and redelivery is inconvenient (and expensive).
